Major Project | Witch & Wizard based on the novel by James Patterson.

The James Patterson novel is a teen fantasy, a sister and brother who were torn from their family in the middle of the night, slammed into prison, and accused of being a witch and a wizard. All characters will be redesigned how they are described in the book from my own interpretation of them. Using a wide range of digital skills, I will put together a collection of digital concept work for the first episode which will become a 6 part drama series. This will include storyboards, concept development work, Character designs, research files and final designs.

I decided to distort these photographs to give them a more mystical feel to them by multiplying the layers on Photoshop. Photographs capture emotion or a certain feeling. The concept I went with here was lost or confused, so using a variety of techniques I created these very dramatic photographs which turned out really well. These photographs are also in this students portfolio and on her social media accounts.

My design for the logo and another’s seemed to work really well together so we agreed that I would digitally design the final logo which is now on all of our social media.
Doctor Who
Proposed Episode
Doctor who episode in which the doctor travels back to WW2, where he encounters an alien kidnapping people and transporting them further to a lab in the cretaceous period. There the alien is mixing human and Dinosaur DNA to create an entirely new species all together.
